IPhone production will not improve at least until the second quarter of 2020, according to the well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo today.
Already in recent weeks, Kuo had warned about production delays mainly due to the few workers who returned to the various factories of Apple suppliers in China. Today, the analyst updates his estimates and let it be known that liPhone production will not improve at least until the second quarter of the year.
Kuo reports that the shipping targets of the camera components from the supplier Genius Electronic Optical have decreased significantly in the last month and that stocks will remain in the warehouse for at least a month. This means that the assembly of the iPhones is proceeding slowly and that the situation will not improve at least until April.
The analyst is not unbalanced on the iPhone 9, which should however be presented by Apple in late March.
